1. Submit an application to rent with a $40.00 Screening Fee.

2. Applicant(s) Screening Results must show that the applicant does not owe a prior landlord money, has not been convicted of a felony, and has never been a defendant in a court ordered eviction. Applicants who have been convicted of Domestic
Violence or Illegal Drug activity may not apply.

3. Applicant(s) must provide verification of work income
necessary to pay the “tenant portion” of the rent.

4. Applicant(s) must have good references from prior landlords.

5. Applicant(s) must pay the Security Deposit prior to move-in.
